When production begins
Production begins only after payment is complete, required artwork has been received and reviewed, and any required proof has been approved. A quoted production time does not begin while we are waiting for artwork, changes, payment, or approval.
Production time and transit time are separate
Production time is the time needed to manufacture the order after all prerequisites are complete. Transit time begins after the finished order is handed to the carrier. Business days, carrier schedules, weather, address issues, supply availability, and other circumstances can affect either period.
Dates and delivery windows shown or discussed are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Please allow appropriate time for both production and carrier transit when planning an event or campaign.
Shipping prices
The shipping price available for the order is displayed during checkout before payment. Eligible standard products may use the current $14.95 ground rate. Products connected to our SinaLite production integration may instead use a live supplier shipping rate based on the destination and configured products.
Rates and available methods can vary by product, quantity, destination, and production provider. If shipping cannot be calculated for a configuration, checkout may ask you to choose pickup or request a custom quote.
Tracking and carrier delivery
Tracking information is provided when it is made available by the carrier or production partner. A tracking scan or estimated arrival date is controlled by the carrier and may change during transit.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and monitoring tracking after shipment. Contact us promptly if a package shows damage, an unexpected exception, or a delivery problem.
Waxahachie pickup
Local pickup at 2761 N. Highway 77, Suite 110, Waxahachie, TX 75165 is available when offered for the selected products. Pickup orders do not incur shipping charges. Please wait for confirmation that the complete order is ready before visiting the store.
