Preferred files
Use a press-quality PDF with fonts embedded when possible. We also accept PNG, JPG, and TIFF files. AI and EPS support can be coordinated for custom projects.
Bleed and safe area
Extend backgrounds 0.125 inch beyond the trim edge on every side. Keep important text and logos at least 0.125 inch inside the final trim.
Resolution and color
Images should generally be 300 DPI at final size. CMYK is preferred; RGB artwork may shift slightly when converted for print.
Upload limits
Individual files may be up to 50 MB in this release. Contact us for larger or multi-file projects.
Know what happens after checkout
Will every order receive a proof?+
A proof is required when artwork needs confirmation, design assistance is included, or the product setup warrants it. Simple approved print-ready files may proceed after review.
When does production time begin?+
After payment, artwork review, and any required customer proof approval. Shipping time is separate from production time.
How does store pickup work?+
Choose Waxahachie store pickup when it is offered. We will notify you when the complete order is ready.
